How often can you repeat Zoom whitening?
It’s not recommended to do in-office teeth whitening more than once a year.
The good news is that you’ll receive take-home whitening trays and gel to touch up your white results year-round. On average, you may only need to do this every six months.

What can I eat after teeth whitening?
You should stick to a “white diet” for 48 hours after treatment to prevent discoloration.
This includes foods and drinks such as:
